- The Hilltop Pines, an alt-country music band from Minneapolis
- Rhino Shrine, an Alternative/Indie Rock band based around the Twin Cities
- John Forest & The Model Citizens, an alternative band based in Minneapolis

Join Opera on Tap Twin Cities on the Germanic-American Institute lawn for “Rhythms in the North,” featuring opera arias by local artists.
Opera on Tap, a non-profit with 36 chapters worldwide, aims to make opera more accessible by performing in non-traditional venues.
Beer, wine, and snacks will be sold. Seating is available, but you can bring your own lawn chairs. Free parking is available in the GAI lot and nearby streets.
PADRAIGS brewing
7 pm - 9 pm
Padraigs Brewing will be hosting Mélange Trio, a vocal trio featuring Valerie Evans, Maggie Sills, and Emily Watkins (who also accompanies the group on guitar.) They play a mix of original music and covers spanning the genres of jazz, soul, folk, country, and pop.
Barbette
7 pm - 9 PM
Barbette, the French-inspired brasserie, will be hosting Mark Stillman, an accordionist who will be performing French musette and street café accordion. His music will transport you to the streets of France.
Pinoli
7 pm - 9 PM

Pinoli will be hosting Triple Entendre, a twin cities based trio who plays all kinds of jazz. If their saxophonist doesn’t sweep you away, leave that up to their pianist and drummer as they explore the great jazz standards along with some deeper cuts. CANCELLED

Crooners Supper Club will be hosting a unique performance, tailored specifically for Rhythms in the North:
L'amour is in the air - A Troubadour Cabaret with Joel Cohen and friends: Sarah Jackson, Tom Walker, Kate Buehler-McWilliams, Paul Berget, David Lee Echelard, Said Abdelli and Sabine Medowokpo.
A bouquet of enchanting love songs, in French and Provençal, from centuries ago and from the present day, with lutes, guitars, medieval fiddles, and even a hurdy gurdy! Presented by one of America's best-known early music mavens, Joel Cohen.

Join La Doña Cervecería Brewery to listen to the Walker Brothers Band. They play a mixture of folk, funk, blues, jazz. Joseph Walker & his brother are Colombian/American and were raised in Southern America. Some of the material of the band is in Spanish & Portuguese.
